We can only process orders for Watch Time Hours on this service on videos that are between 10 and 20 minutes in length. Any order for a video under 10 minutes or over 20 minutes in length will be canceled. 

Do not place an order for Watch Time Hours if you currently have a Views order in progress for the same video. Do not place a new YouTube views order until any current Watch Time Hours orders for the video are complete. There should only be one order delivering views to the video at a time. Having 2 orders in progress at the same time will cause problems and affect the delivery of both orders.

Orders can not be canceled once they have been placed.
